Shop before you fly from Schiphol Airport and collect your purchase upon return. At Amsterdam Airport Schiphol you can store all your purchases free of charge while you’re away.

Sealed storage
Would you like to use this service? Please inform the shop where you are making your purchases. All you have to do is pay for the articles and they will be packed for you in a sealed bag. This bag is then stored for you in a safe place. You will be given a slip with a retrieval number and a map so that you will be able to find the pick-up desk easily when you return.

24 hours a day
When you return you will first want to pick up your bags. After this has been taken care of, you will go through customs. At Schiphol Plaza, between Arrival Halls 1 and 2, go downstairs to ‘Kelderplein’. You will receive your bag upon presentation of your collection receipt number. You may pick up your articles 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Minimum purchase amount
We can store your purchases for you until 30 days after the date of purchase. This Pick-up-on-Return service is available only to passengers flying within the European Union and applies only to purchases of at least EUR 20.
